I AM 77 YEARS OLD. I HAVE BEEN DOWN 31 YEARS ON A FIRST DEGREE MURDER CONSPIRACY, AND GUN CHARGE, I NEVER SHOT OR KILLED ANY ONE, I WAS NEVER OFFERED A PLEA DEAL, BECAUSE I WAS HIDDEN ON THE MENTAL WARD GIVEN MEDICATION THAT I HAD NEVER HAD IN MY BODY, WASN’T GIVEN ANY REASON WHY THEY PUT ME THERE, NO EVALUATION OF ANY KIND,NO ATTORNEY CAME TO SEE ME WHILE THERE, I WAS JUST THROWN AWAY. THERE NOW IS NO RECORD OF ME EVER BEING IN WAYNE COUNTY NO RECORD OF ME BEING ON THE MENTAL WARD NOTHING, NO RECORDS OF ME AT ALL I HAVE BEEN SEARCHING SINCE 2001 FOR ANY AND EVERY THING THAT MIGHT HELP ME, ATTORNEYS HAVE NOT FOUND ANY THING IN ALL THESE YEARS JUST LOST OR THROWN AWAY, ANY ALL ALL HELP WOULD BE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED, I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR YOUR INTEREST.

Prayerfully this finds you in the best of spirits and health.
What you described is a common thread of injustice from Wayne County with missing files.
It is our hope with this platform to shine light on these injustices and get the help so many of us need.
It seems to require an outcry from the taxpayers to authorities to exonerate our grandmothers, mothers, aunts, sisters, and friends. To be heard and validated with a remedy. Together, we seek solutions to these issues.
Are you able to come to National Lifer’s Association CH.1014 at WHV?
They have a newly formed Actual Innocence/ Wrongfully Convicted Committee. Big T is the chairperson. We are internally strengthening, learning how to effectively fight this injustice, and forging a sisterhood. We’ve created safe space to began the healing from the trauma associated with this experience.
